Sanctuary Maintenance Contractors Limited in the UK is seeking a Senior Asset Surveyor to lead a regional team from Ipswich or Ely, delivering inspections, disrepairs, hazard notices, and reinvestment programs. You will report to the Regional Asset Manager and manage surveyors to ensure timely, compliant outputs.
Requirements include a Degree/HND/HNC in Surveying or equivalent, and professional status with Assoc MRICS/CIOB, with a valid UK driving licence.

£50,467- £53,124 per year plus Company car or car allowance

We have an opportunity for a Senior Asset Surveyor to join our team based in Ipswich or Ely and covering surrounding areas. You will be reporting into the Regional Asset Manager and Line managing a team of surveyors in the region, overseeing the team to manage inspections, disrepairs, hazard awareness notices, stock condition surveys and re-investment programmes.
The position sits within Property Services who are responsible for delivering a high quality and cost effective property repairs, compliance and installation and estate services across the UK to mainly internal clients and additionally a small number of external clients. It is also responsible for operational Health and Safety of the service, including fire safety and delivering effective group wide asset management and reinvestment programmes.
