Job Description:

With significant capital to invest in the UK across all sectors, it is an exciting time of growth for an already very well-established player in the market.

Joining the Student Accommodation team, this person will play a key role in formulating and executing asset management strategies for their student housing assets, based in the UK.

You will be involved in asset and portfolio reporting, budgeting, formulating and executing asset enhancement initiatives to optimise income and realise the highest value of their assets.

You will also prepare and maintain financial reports and variance analysis, prepare and monitor budgets, and assist with financial modelling of assets, portfolios, and funds.

Requirements include:

• Circa 10 years Asset Management experience, some of which within the Student Accommodation sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
• Good financial modelling skills.

On offer is a salary up to £95,000 + Package.
