This role can be based at London Stratford Place or Derby.
In the Senior Asset Engineer role, you will lead and manage the East Midlands Route Renewals Portfolio, ensuring the successful delivery of Network Rail's strategic objectives, business plan commitments, and performance targets. Provide leadership to a team of systems engineers, delivering specialist engineering expertise, sponsorship, and assurance across the renewals portfolio through internal teams and the supply chain. Act as the primary point of contact for the East Midlands renewals programme, with accountability for portfolio governance, budget management, delivery performance, and the effective management of risks and opportunities arising from change.
Build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the industry to ensure alignment between operational, engineering, and commercial objectives, while confidently engaging in both technical engineering and financial discussions to ensure effective decision-making.

You will also be entitled to 28 days annual leave
Salary: £55,596 to £67,813 per annum (plus an Inner London allowance of £3,270 per annum for London based roles).
