Qualifications

• Authorised Pharmacist to supervise PASU in daily operations.
• Ensure products prepared and released comply with standards (GCP, GMP, GDP).
• Work with aseptic services and cancer teams to coordinate treatment delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day preparation of products in PASU.
• Release for use in accordance with guidelines.
• Develop facilities, equipment and work practices with Accountable pharmacist.
• Collaborate with medical wards for high-risk injectable medicines.
