Job summary

Pinterest in London is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead concepting and art direction across consumer and B2B campaigns. You will shape global, culturally resonant creative, partnering with US and EMEA teams to tell our story with impact and originality.

You will direct film, photography, and 360-degree campaigns, mentor a diverse creative team, and thoughtfully integrate generative AI tools to accelerate ideas while upholding high craft and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as an art director with film, commercials and 360 campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Design, Advertising, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and ability to inspire creative teams.
• Proven ability to craft cultural, brand-forward concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize end-to-end 360 campaigns for global brands.
• Direct art direction on shoots, treatments and mood boards.
• Collaborate with US team to adapt flagship campaigns for EMEA.
• Lead and mentor a cross-disciplinary creative team.
• Integrate AI tools thoughtfully while maintaining craft.
