Pinterest is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Lead for the UK to own end-to-end brand campaigns, translating culture and consumer insights into strategy, and driving partnerships with agencies and partners. The role emphasizes AI-enabled marketing, strategic briefs, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with the UK Consumer Brand Marketing team, with flexible in-office requirements in London and opportunities for hybrid work, while shaping campaigns from concept through measurement.

• Own consumer brand tentpole campaigns in the UK from end-to-end, driving kickoff, execution and reporting across UK workstreams.
• Manage channel and creative partners, review creative work and advise on media strategies and plans.
• Translate culture, consumer insight and business needs into campaign strategy and creative briefs.
• Build cross-functional alignment and manage senior stakeholders with diplomacy.
• Champion adoption of AI tools across the full campaign lifecycle while maintaining ownership of final decisions.
