Job summary

HH Global Group seeks a visionary Creative Director to lead a global technology client’s in-house studio in London, overseeing high-level creative direction and a shift toward conceptual storytelling across paid media and digital channels.

The role is based in London with an expectation to be in the office one day per week, on a fixed-term 12-month contract, shaping design systems, brand messaging, and AI-powered production workflows for multi-market campaigns.

Qualifications

• Progressive creative leadership across fast-paced in-house or agency environments.
• Experience building and mentoring multidisciplinary teams of designers, writers, and technologists.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, always-on content across multiple channels and markets.

Responsibilities

• Set a high bar for quality design and evolve global design systems.
• Develop sharp, culturally relevant storytelling for video and social content.
• Lead development of conceptual routes, photography/video style guides and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with third-party agencies on campaign execution and briefs.
• Mentor and upskill the team, ensuring timely delivery of complex campaigns.
• Oversee AI-driven asset pipelines and production efficiencies.
