Job summary

RGB Recruitment is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist for a large AJ100 practice in South Hampshire. The role focuses on delivering high-quality technical information across RIBA Stages 4-5 and coordinating with architects, consultants and contractors.

You'll join a national practice with regional teams, benefitting from considerable project exposure, resources and progression opportunities within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced Architectural Technologist with UK project experience.
• Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Experience delivering projects through the later RIBA stages (4-5).
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations.
• Experience producing and coordinating technical drawing packages.
• Confident liaising with consultants and contractors.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Revit proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages.
• Work across RIBA Stages 4-5.
• Coordinate information with consultants and wider design teams.
• Develop and resolve construction details.
• Respond to technical queries throughout the construction stages.
• Ensure designs comply with UK Building Regulations and relevant standards.
• Attend project and site meetings where required.
• Liaise with contractors and consultants throughout project delivery.
• Review and coordinate technical information.
• Support the successful delivery of projects on site.
