Job summary

HunterDunning Ltd. is recruiting a Senior Architectural Technologist in Preston with strong Revit proficiency and a proven track record of running projects independently.

The role focuses on delivering technical packages across RIBA Stages 2-4 for industrial and commercial schemes, with a hybrid working arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of UK commercial project experience, CIAT registration, and be able to coordinate drawings

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of commercial project experience within a UK architectural practice.
• Strong Revit proficiency and detailing skills.
• CIAT registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical drawing packages across RIBA Stages 2-4 using Revit.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Run projects independently, coordinating technical information and delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, associates and directors on project coordination.
• Attend client meetings, presentations and technical discussions.
• Support junior team members and manage workloads across concurrent projects.
