Qualifications
- At least five years of UK commercial project experience.
- Strong Revit proficiency and technical detailing skills.
- CIAT registration.
- Proven independent project-running and workload management experience.
- Industrial project experience advantageous; other commercial sectors considered.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical packages across RIBA Stages 2 to 4 using Revit
- Produce coordinated technical drawings, specifications and documentation
- Independently manage project delivery and technical responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, associates, directors and project stakeholders
- Support junior colleagues and attend client and coordination meetings
