Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist for a Sevenoaks-based role. You will deliver projects from inception to completion, prepare planning packages, and conduct site surveys to ensure regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will have a relevant architectural technology degree, UK regulation knowledge, and active CIAT chartership progress. A commutable distance to Sevenoaks is preferred, with strong detailing and client liaison skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in architectural technology or related field.
• Post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist in a UK practice.
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience working on residential and commercial projects.
• Chartered or working towards CIAT Chartership.
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills.
• Job running experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to the Sevenoaks area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion.
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications.
• Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance.
