Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Experience managing residential and industrial projects.
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Experience running jobs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a variety of residential and industrial projects.
• Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications.
• Manage projects from inception through to completion.
• Attend site visits and ensure technical compliance.
