Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Sheffield is seeking an Architectural Technologist or Senior Technologist to join their growing studio on technically demanding residential and care-sector projects. You will coordinate technical information across RIBA Stages 3 to 5 and develop construction packages using Revit.

This role offers mentorship, clear progression, and a collaborative culture with a focus on BIM standards, regulatory compliance, and delivering complex UK schemes.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology or related discipline.
• Approx. 5 years' experience in UK architectural practice preferred; capability over years.
• Excellent Revit proficiency and BIM workflows.
• Strong detailing skills and experience producing construction packages.
• Thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations and building technology.
• Experience coordinating technical information with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to own technical packages and contribute to project delivery.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude and career development focus.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit.
• Lead technical development across RIBA Stages 3-5.
• Coordinate architectural information with structural, civil, MEP and consultants.
• Prepare and review Planning, Building Regulations and construction documentation.
• Review subcontractor and supplier information for technical compliance and coordination.
• Mentor junior members of the technical team and support delivery on site.
• Maintain BIM coordination and project documentation standards.
