Job summary
Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Newark studio, delivering large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.
You will take a senior role across multiple RIBA Work Stages, coordinating design information and liaising with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure technical excellence. Qualifications
- Previous experience as Architectural Technician/Technologist at a senior level.
- Industrial-sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience across a range of RIBA Work Stages is desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations.
Responsibilities
- Take a senior role in the design and technical delivery of large-scale industrial/infrastructure projects.
- Work across multiple RIBA Work Stages from early design to technical delivery and construction.
- Prepare and coordinate detailed technical drawing packages and project information.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Assist with coordinating design information and ensure high technical standards.
- Attend site visits and help resolve technical/construction issues.
- Support and mentor junior members of the architectural team.
