Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join our well-established practice in Wrexham. You will lead projects from inception to completion, delivering technically driven designs across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential sectors.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with a salary up to £50,000 DOE, plus pension, 25 days holidays + bank holidays, discretionary bonus, and regular social events as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading architectural projects independently.
• Strong technical detailing ability.
• Confident liaising with clients, contractors and consultants.
• Experience across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial or residential sectors is beneficial.
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage a variety of architectural projects from inception through to completion.
• Deliver technically focused projects across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and residential sectors.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings, construction details and drawing packages using Revit.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities throughout project delivery.
• Work on both new-build and refurbishment projects ranging from £250k to £15 million.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team in a technical office environment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
