Job summary

P+HS Architects in Leeds seeks an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to lead the technical delivery of healthcare and residential projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients and consultants to shape thoughtful, compliant designs across the design-to-delivery process.

The role requires strong knowledge of UK building regulations, health and safety standards, and project management, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Office tools.

Qualifications

• Associate membership of CIAT (ACIAT) is required.
• BSc or equivalent in Architectural Technology, or HNC/HND qualifications.
• Willingness to work towards MCIAT accreditation if not already obtained.
• Current CSCS card or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of multiple architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare and coordinate drawings, specifications, schedules and technical documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with building regulations, legislation, codes of practice and client requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to understand and deliver project requirements.
• Provide technical advice and solutions throughout design and construction.
