Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be CIAT member or working towards MCIAT.
• Strong team collaboration and ability to work under deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to mentor less experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop stage 3 designs through to working drawings, details, specifications and schedules.
• Provide project coordination and contract administration from RIBA stages 4–7.
• Support with surveys, feasibility studies and scheme design as needed.
• Work in a hybrid setup with office-based work in Stoke-on-Trent and occasional remote work.
