Job summary

DODO RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist in Leicester to lead technical delivery from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion. You will prepare and coordinate detailed construction information, manage drawing packages, and liaise with contractors and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate has advanced AutoCAD skills, knowledge of UK Building Regulations, and the ability to work autonomously on nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects to meet deadlines.
• Experience coordinating architectural and consultant information across a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction methods and Building Regulations.
• Advanced AutoCAD skills with exposure to Revit is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of projects from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion.

Senior Architectural Technologist

£45 to £50k a year Salary.

Head Office Location - Leicester (nationwide projects)

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional who is confident taking ownership of projects and delivering high-quality technical information from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion.

You will work closely with Architects, consultants, contractors and other members of the design team, playing a key role in the successful delivery of high-quality technical and construction information.

• Lead the technical delivery of projects from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion

About You:

• Professional experience within an architectural practice or related built environment organisation
• Proven experience delivering projects through the technical and construction stages
• Strong knowledge of RIBA Stage 4 through completion
• Advanced AutoCAD skills
• Good working knowledge of Revit is highly desirable
• Strong technical detailing and construction information experience
• A good understanding of UK construction methods and Building Regulations
• Experience coordinating architectural and consultant information
• Experience liaising with contractors and attending site meetings
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to work independently, take ownership and meet project deadlines
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary design environment
• A full UK driving licence is preferred due to the national nature of the project portfolio
