Job summary

Red King Resourcing is seeking an Architect or Architectural Technologist for a North West London role, delivering residential projects from concept through to technical delivery using Revit.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, experience in extensions and conversions, and the ability to collaborate with consultants and clients across RIBA stages.

Qualifications

• Experience working within an architectural practice.
• Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Approved Documents.
• Proficiency in Revit and the ability to produce detailed technical drawings.
• Experience delivering residential projects, particularly extensions, conversions or one-off houses.
• Good understanding of construction detailing and technical design.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, proactive personality.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently while working collaboratively within a team.

The Opportunity

An established architectural practice is looking for a technically strong Architect or Architectural Technologist to join its growing team in North West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, motivated professional with strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and experience delivering residential projects. The successful candidate will work across a varied portfolio of one-off residential properties, extensions and conversions, taking projects from initial design through to technical delivery.
