Job Description:

Our client, a well-established, award-winning architectural practice with multiple offices, is seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with their Glasgow office, with opportunities for Edinburgh-based Technologists due to multiple sites and projects. This role is ideal for ambitious Technologists looking to advance their careers.

This position involves working on high-quality residential projects initially, with opportunities across a diverse portfolio including bespoke residential, commercial offices, refurbishments, new builds, defence, and MOD projects, with values ranging from £5m to over £120m.

Senior Architectural Technologist Job Overview:

• Lead and manage projects through all technical RIBA stages
• Produce detailed technical drawings and models using Revit daily
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring design integrity
• Mentor and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to projects across residential, commercial, education, and defence sectors

Job Requirements:

• Strong technical skills with experience delivering packages through stages 3-5
• Proficiency in Revit preferred
• Ability to lead projects independently and collaboratively
• Experience with residential, commercial, or MOD projects desirable
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Living within a commutable distance to Edinburgh or Glasgow

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary between £40,000 and £50,000 DOE
