Job Description:

Our client, a well-established architectural company, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team in Perth. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects within the high-end residential, hotel, and commercial sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist with industry experience to join a growing team with a pipeline of projects. Experience with ArchiCAD software is advantageous but not essential. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills and a strong portfolio. Responsibilities include liaising with architects, producing surveys, tender packages, and high-quality drawings on ArchiCAD.

Key responsibilities:

• Work across all RIBA stages on residential, high-end, and commercial projects
• Liaise with surveyors and stakeholders
• Participate in meetings with external consultants and clients
• Attend site visits and meetings
• Mentor junior staff
• Address construction-related issues
• Produce high-quality drawings and tender packages
• Complete surveys and planning applications
• Demonstrate excellent technical ability

Requirements:

• Live within a commutable distance to Perth
• 5+ years of experience as an Architectural Technician/Technologist
• Hardworking and motivated
• Team player
• Contract administration experience (advantageous)
