Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Location: Glasgow

Salary: Up to 42,000 (DOE)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist with significant Revit experience to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. You will play a key role in the design and delivery of exciting Build to Rent (BTR) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) schemes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to the development of landmark projects in the city, working from concept design through to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the technical design process using Revit
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and external consultants
• Oversee project documentation and technical drawings
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure design intent and quality
• Manage junior technologists and mentor team members
• Attend site visits and contribute to project coordination meetings

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Architectural Technologist
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Experience in BTR or PBSA schemes is highly desirable
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Experience in all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work
