You’ll be joining a collaborative, creative studio where your ideas will be valued and your contribution will be key to the successful delivery of projects.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on responsibility — leading projects, mentoring junior colleagues, and taking ownership of the technical design process from concept through to completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical delivery of projects across all RIBA stages
• Produce high-quality drawing packages using Revit
• Collaborate closely with architects, clients, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
• Contribute to a supportive, design-focused studio environment
• Mentor and guide junior team members as part of their development
