We are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our thriving chartered practice. Our expertise spans education, residential, commercial, bluelight, and industrial sectors, whilst our supportive and welcoming environment allows agile working and collaboration with our other studios on projects throughout the UK.

Based in our vibrant, modern studio in central Cardiff, you’ll be part of a strong team dedicated to delivering ambitious and diverse projects.

As Senior Architectural Technologist, you’ll take a leading role in managing the full construction lifecycle, contributing to impactful projects across a variety of sectors. From managing personnel to applying your exceptional technical skills, this is a chance to lead with impact and innovation.

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills and proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential)
• 7+ years’ post-qualification experience as project lead
• Significant experience in delivering architectural projects under traditional and design & build procurement routes
• A collaborative team player with great skills in motivating others, building relationships, managing people, engaging stakeholders, and delegating effectively
