Job summary

Code Resources LTD is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a large engineering company near Blackburn to support CS&A team in design and build of large energy centres.

Working within a team of architects, technicians and other engineers, you will lead technical design development, ensure compliance with building regulations, and integrate renewable energy solutions across projects. You will guide delivery through RIBA stages and co-ordinate detailed design information.

We are recruting a senior architectural technologist on behalf of our client a large engineering company close to Blackburn to join a growing CS&A team in the design and build of large energy centres.

About you and the role:

• Working within a team of different grade Architectural Technologists and Technicians you will be responsible for elements of the Architectural design with involvement to aspects civil and structural engineering.
• You will be responsible for leading technical design development, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and integrating renewable energy solutions into projects
• Capable of leading project delivery through all relevant RIBA stages, working closely with architects and other building professionals.
• Provide architectural design services and solutions on all construction projects.
• Strong buildings regulatory and compliance knowledge
• Technical design and project delivery, leading the design process and co-ordinating detailed design information.
