Bennett and Game are working with a reputable client in Huddersfield seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a multi-disciplinary practice on high-rise and new build residential schemes.

The role involves design development across RIBA stages 2–6, BIM modelling in Revit, drafting planning drawings and site liaison. A strong housing/high-rise background and full UK driving licence are required, with hybrid working options.

Responsibilities

• Work on RIBA stages 2 to 6 on residential schemes, including high-rise/wide-builds.
• Manage multiple projects, produce working drawings and specifications.
• Create Revit models from concept design to construction.
• Draft drawings for planning, building control, construction issues.
• Site visits and liaise with contractors, providing technical guidance.
• Attend and chair client design meetings.

Senior Architectural Technologist Job Overview

• Working on RIBA stages 2 to 6 on both new build and refurbishment residential schemes, including high-profile high-rise and large new build schemes.
• Working on multiple projects at once, producing working drawings and specifications and reviewing/editing similar work drafted by others;
• Creating Revit models for use from the initial stage of concept design to construction
• Creating drawings for planning, building control, and construction issues;
• On-site visits and liaising with contractors, offering technical guidance as needed
