Reed Property and a top Birmingham architectural practice are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to produce BIM-level drawings using Archicad and coordinate with architects across studios. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance and robust design detailing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Proficiency in 2D & 3D CAD drafting and BIM standards.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Must have very good building codes and regulations knowledge.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
