The role involves working on large-scale projects from inception to completion, liaising with professionals and clients, and using Revit and AutoCAD. Hybrid working available, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experienced Architectural Technologist, ideally working towards Chartership.
• Revit proficient.
• Lives within a commutable distance of Nottingham.
• Strong technical design skills.
• Presentational and report writing skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Experience across all RIBA Stages.
• Good knowledge of building regulations.
• Driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Work on a range of large-scale Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects.
• Liaise with other professionals.
• Develop project briefs.
• Work from inception to completion.
• Produce high quality design for a range of exciting projects in a variety of sectors.
• Meet with professionals / clients to agree a project brief.
• Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Use a mix of Revit and AutoCAD.

A Senior Architectural Technologist is required to join one of the UK's leading and most reputable consultancies within their industry. Our client is renowned for delivering intelligent, sustainable solutions across the built environment. With offices throughout the UK they are looking or a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing Nottingham team. Their integrated approach enables clients to benefit from seamless coordination across all stages of design, construction and operation. Our client work with both public and private sector clients. Working in a range of sectors from education, healthcare, commercial, defence and infrastructure projects. They deliver projects that are technically robust, energy-efficient and future-ready. Our client has an extensive list of completed and ongoing projects ranging from large-scale new build and refurbishment projects to small value design and construction work, up to the value of around £50m.
