Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge is required.
• Understanding of NDSS & M4 regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver precise working drawings.

• Collaborate effectively with external stakeholders.

Skills

2 years minimum UK‑based experience in residential and mixed‑use projects

Strong technical knowledge

Strong understanding of NDSS & M4 (CAT 2 & 3)

Proficiency in AutoCAD

REVIT experience advantageous
