Anderselite - Architectural Technician

Anderselite is seeking a talented and motivated architectural technician to join our team. You will contribute to the design and development of various housing projects, from masterplanning to detailed design, integrating architecture and urban design. Collaborate closely with architects and design teams to create innovative and sustainable housing developments that meet client and community needs.

Summary of the Role

The role involves participating in different stages of the design process, from feasibility layouts to planning applications. Work with project leaders to prepare full, outline, and reserved matters planning application packs, including drawings, 3D visualizations, and graphic outputs. As you gain experience, you will have increasing input into design and project processes, with opportunities for professional growth.

Key Attributes & Skills Needed

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Keen interest in residential design and placemaking
• Architectural design-based degree
• Experience with residential or mixed-use projects is desirable
• Proficient in AutoCAD/REVIT
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, SketchUp, etc.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Desire to progress and attend CPD
