Job summary

HunterDunning Ltd. is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to support the technical delivery of education projects from design development through to completion. You will produce coordinated technical information and manage projects through the RIBA stages, working closely with clients and wider design teams.

Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills are essential, with proven project-running experience. The role involves coordinating information and ensuring technical quality and programme adherence

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-qualification experience in architectural or technical delivery.
• Experience on education-sector projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects through the RIBA stages.
• Knowledge of DfE working practices and school design is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coordinated drawings, designs, specifications and schedules to support design development and information releases.
• Take responsibility for projects through the RIBA stages, maintaining technical quality and programme requirements.
• Coordinate architectural information with clients, consultants and other members of the design team.
• Produce accurate technical information using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Provide technical input during client meetings and project discussions.
• Manage project delivery against agreed design, coordination and information milestones.
