Job summary

Hunter Dunning is seeking an Architectural Technician in Guildford, Surrey for an practice specialising in retail design, refurbishment and fit-out projects. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant retail experience, strong Revit proficiency and knowledge of UK Building Regulations.

You will coordinate projects through stages from small refurbishments to major retail fit-outs, liaising with clients and design teams while applying current Building Regulations and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail design, refurbishment or fit-out.
• Proven ability to coordinate retail projects through all stages.
• Proficient in Revit and UK Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate retail design, refurbishment and fit-out projects through various stages.
• Support delivery of multiple smaller refurbishments and major retail fit-outs.
• Liaise with clients, design teams and stakeholders to coordinate requirements.
• Apply current UK Building Regulations throughout project delivery.
