We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join a growing housebuilder based in Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded Technical Director and play a key role in delivering high-quality, sustainable homes across the North West, with a strong emphasis on affordable housing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the production of technical drawing packages

Coordinate with consultants, design, and technical teams

Support project delivery from planning through to completion

Ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards

Requirements:

Strong background in residential / housebuilding

Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical detailing (timber frame experience advantageous)

Experience delivering affordable housing / working with housing associations

Ability to work proactively and manage projects with minimal supervision

Ambition to progress and develop within the business
