Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician in Manchester. You will produce project information from RIBA stages 4 and beyond, and manage information flow across the design team and consultants.

You will also lead design team and site meetings to drive successful delivery. Responsibilities include issuing working drawing packs throughout the project lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on technical detailing, communication, and meeting UK building regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree within architectural technology.
• Significant post‑qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit is desirable.
• Experience managing large-scale projects across various sectors.
• Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Job running experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
