Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an Senior Architectural Technician to join our Manchester team. The role involves producing detailed Revit drawings, delivering projects across RIBA Stages 3-6, and coordinating with consultants, contractors and internal teams on fast-paced schemes in the retail and other sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong UK project experience, be proficient in Revit, and understand Building Regulations.

Qualifications

• Intermediate or Senior level with strong UK project experience.
• Proficient in Revit (essential).
• Solid experience in technical delivery and detailing.
• Previous retail or rollout project experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Producing detailed technical drawing packages using Revit.
• Delivering projects across RIBA Stages 3-6.
• Working on retail schemes for a major supermarket client.
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Attending client and site meetings where required.
• Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards.

We are working with a well-established architectural practice with a strong national presence, currently looking to appoint an Senior Architectural Technician to join their Manchester team. The practice works across mixed-use, retail, healthcare and leisure projects and allows the successful candidate to work across a broad range of sectors. 1 day per week remote working (post-probation)
