Senior Architectural Technician Job in East Grinstead, West Sussex

A successful architectural firm in West Sussex has a Senior Architectural Technician job now available. You'll work on high-rise projects in London, focusing on cladding and retrofit work. The role offers hybrid working and a competitive salary package!

Our client, a well-established architectural practice, is entering an exciting new phase of growth with a robust pipeline of projects. Their diverse portfolio encompasses residential, educational, healthcare, and sustainability sectors.

They are currently leading high-profile cladding remediation projects for multilevel buildings in London and managing a variety of retrofit projects across the UK. Due to this expansion, they are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Working on façade, cladding, and retrofit projects
2. Production of planning and technical drawing packages
3. Using Revit daily
4. Meeting with clients and visiting sites when required
5. Developing design-led solutions to issues
6. Experience of working on site

Required Skills & Experience

1. Qualified Architectural Technician or Architect
2. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience
3. Strong communication skills
4. Excellent technical knowledge
5. Experience with the use of Revit is essential
6. Retrofit project experience
7. Facade and cladding experience would be highly advantageous
8. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
9. Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
