Job summary

Building Design Partnership Limited in London is seeking a Senior Architect to lead large-scale workplace projects within refurbishment and new build programmes. You will collaborate with senior leadership across the workplace and mixed-use teams to deliver projects and develop new opportunities.

You will bring post-Part III experience, strong design and technical skills, and the ability to guide clients and consultants from inception through delivery, while working in a hybrid office-based

Qualifications

• Passionate and dedicated Senior Architect with proven post-Part III experience within the new build or refurbishment workplace sector.
• Experience of working closely with clients and consultant teams, particularly at the inception and early stages of projects.
• Active in wider industry forums, with a deep understanding of current trends and the future direction of workplace architecture design in Central London.
• Excellent design skills, with strong technical and software capabilities.
• You will enjoy working to tight deadlines, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Able to work effectively with people at all levels and from all backgrounds, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Revit is preferred but not mandatory.

Aboutthe role

We have an opportunity for a Senior Architect in our London studio to take a leading role on large-scale workplace projects. We are aiming to grow our existing team across refurbishment and new build workplace led projects building on recent wins of new projects. This role will be pivotal to the success of our project portfolio both now and in the future. The candidate will work closely with our senior leadership across the workplace and mixed-use team to deliver existing projects and help develop new opportunities.

About you

Experience:

Passionate and dedicated Senior Architect with proven post-Part III experience within the new build or refurbishment workplace sector.
