Job summary

AECOM, a global infrastructure design firm, is seeking a Senior Architect with advanced REVIT expertise to join our Architecture team in Manchester or London. You will produce and coordinate detailed design information, work with multidisciplinary teams, and support delivery across MoJ, Courts, and Home Office projects.

Qualifications

• ARB Registered Architect is required.
• BPSS and SC clearance are required if not held previously.
• Recent experience on high-security government developments is preferred.
• Advanced REVIT capability is essential.
• AutoCAD knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Daily production and coordination of REVIT models and drawings.
• Preparing, reviewing and approving drawings.
• Liaising with design and drafting teams across disciplines.
• Delivering design packages of moderate to high complexity with supervision.
• Producing detailed drawings in line with project standards.
• Preparing specifications, reports and data tables.
• Conducting material take-offs and basic architectural calculations from REVIT.
• Reviewing vendor, subcontractor and 3rd party documentation for compliance.
• Ensuring compliance with codes, permits and discipline standards.
• Using CDEs for document control and coordination.
• Marking up drawings in Adobe PDF and using Microsoft Office tools.
