Job summary

Curio Careers is assisting a London-based AJ100 award-winning architecture studio in finding an Architect with approximately 3–5 years' post-Part 3 experience. You will take ownership of technical design packages and guide projects through the later RIBA stages, ensuring buildability and design quality.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing construction information in Revit, coordinating consultants, and resolving technical challenges as projects move from concept to on-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with ARB registration or equivalent.
• Approximately 3–5 years' post-Part 3 experience.
• Experience in retrofit, refurbishment or adaptive reuse advantageous.
• Portfolio of UK projects showing involvement through RIBA Stage 4 onwards.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings and technical information to a high standard through RIBA Stages 4–6 in Revit.
• Coordinate consultants and the wider design team to ensure information is aligned and up to date.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction challenges as they arise.
• Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations and other relevant standards.
• Attend design team and coordination meetings, contributing technical expertise where required.
• Review contractor submittals and respond to technical queries during construction.
• Support project delivery on site, overseeing completion.
• Uphold design quality and design intent through the technical delivery process.
• Work closely with senior architects and project teams to coordinate across packages.
