Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Architect to lead a range of residential and commercial projects in a UK-based practice. You will oversee from inception through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering robust construction packaging.

The role requires ARB registration, significant post-Part 3 experience in the UK, strong AutoCAD proficiency, and ability to manage multiple projects and junior staff while maintaining excellent client liaison.

Qualifications

• ARB registration and Part 3 qualified with UK practice experience.
• Experience leading residential and commercial projects across RIBA work stages.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on residential and commercial projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare building regulations, planning and technical information.
• Produce design solutions and construction packages.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to build and maintain strong relationships.
