Conrad Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Revit-proficient Senior Architectural Technologist for their Birmingham office. The role focuses on technical detailing and construction information across residential, healthcare, educational, and commercial sectors within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a degree in Architectural Technology, chartership or path to it, and 5–10+ years' experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, BIM Level 2 delivery, and leadership of multiple projects are

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology; chartered or on path to Chartership.
• Approx. 5–10+ years' experience in building/construction, on and off site.
• Extensive knowledge of UK building regulations and contracts.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit; must be a Revit modeller.
• Ability to deliver projects to BIM Level 2 standard.
• Experience leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously (Stages 3–7).
• Strong portfolio showing design development.

• Oversee drafting of Construction Information and Technical Details.
• Deliver projects to BIM Level 2 standard and ensure quality control.
