Job Description

Senior Architect required to join a thriving Manchester city centre practice. Conrad Consulting has partnered with one of the UK's leading Architectural practices in their bid to recruit an experienced Senior (or Associate) Architect with extensive experience in a project management and team-leading role. The practice has a busy order book for the upcoming year and seeks support from an experienced individual at the front-end of the studio.

The company primarily operates in the Industrial and Commercial sectors and is one of the UK's leading Architectural consultancies in this field. They have studios across the UK, including an office of around 15 staff in Manchester.

Growth and Leadership

Their ambition is to expand and develop the Manchester studio further. To achieve this, they are looking to hire an experienced professional to assist with managing large-scale schemes and mentoring the in-house design and technical teams. Projects are often large and complex, requiring strong leadership and high-quality design expertise.

Requirements

• ARB/RIBA Qualification
• Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (UK-based experience is essential)
• Previous experience in the Industrial and Commercial sectors
• Experience in client-facing roles
• Team management experience
• Ability to mentor and guide less experienced colleagues
• Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD
