Purcell is seeking a Senior Architect to join our London team to lead cultural projects across all RIBA stages. The role demands 3–7 years PQE with expertise in historic buildings, conservation, and delivering complex interventions.

You will drive design leadership, manage multiple workstreams, and coordinate with clients and consultants. A team player with strong technical and project-running skills is essential, within a supportive, employee-owned culture.

Qualifikationen

• 3-7 years post-qualification experience
• Experience on all RIBA Stages, especially 2–6
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and conservation principles
• Experience delivering cultural/historic projects

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor architecture teams on major cultural projects across RIBA stages
• Ensure high-quality design and technical delivery within timelines
• Manage client and consultant coordination and reporting
• Oversee project packages and financial outcomes
• Support Associates and Partners, and line-manage up to three staff
