Job summary

10 Design in London seeks an experienced Architect to lead design and delivery of complex projects from concept through to completion. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and act as a principal client contact, guiding briefs, presentations and strategic decisions.

The role requires ARB registration with RIBA Part 3, experience on UK/international projects, and strong BIM/coordination skills. Hybrid working with a London studio commitment is available.

Qualifications

• UK ARB registration with RIBA Part 3.
• Experience delivering UK/international projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
• Knowledge of UK construction legislation and processes.
• Experience across RIBA Plan of Work stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of complex architectural projects from concept through to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, consultants and stakeholders.
• Act as key client contact, building relationships and providing architectural advice.
• Drive design development across all project stages.
• Oversee production and review of design and technical information.
