Job summary

10 Design seeks an experienced Architect to join its London studio as an Associate. You will lead delivery across sectors, manage multidisciplinary teams and drive design excellence from concept to completion.

You will work with Associate Directors, Directors and Principals, advancing to senior leadership roles within an internationally recognised practice while shaping client relationships and project strategy.

Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect (RIBA Part III) or international equivalent.
• 8+ years of professional experience in design-led practice.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating multidisciplinary consultants.
• Experience delivering UK and international projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery across multiple RIBA work stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and ownership of delivery across diverse project types.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, manage resources and risk.
• Lead design development from concept to detailed design and quality assurance.
• Build and maintain client relationships, lead meetings and design reviews.
• Oversee technical design packages, submissions and site coordination.
• Mentor Architects and junior staff; contribute to recruitment and growth.
