Job summary

Kier Group plc. is seeking a Senior Architect to lead design delivery across diverse projects with a focus on on-site leadership and technical excellence. You will drive design strategy, supervise teams, and contribute to quality assurance across the Kier Design team.

The role requires experience in managing complex schemes, coordinating design information, and leading bids. We welcome applications from those who can navigate JCT/NEC contracts and promote the business at events.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Blue Light, Defense, Health and Education projects.
• Hands-on team management with an immersive leadership style.
• Knowledge of RIBA Plan of Work 2013 and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead substantial and complex projects on site and coordinate teams.
• Manage commercial performance and resource schedules.
• Prepare and present design drawings and coordinate information.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and regulatory issues.
• Support bids and promote Kier Design at external events.
