Job summary

Kier Design in Lincoln is seeking an Architect to join our design team, leading on substantial projects and delivering coordinated drawings and specifications. You will manage teams, direct design and construction stages, and ensure technical excellence while maintaining client relationships and programme deadlines.

Chartered status and strong REVIT/BIM proficiency are preferred; experience with MOJ/MOD projects is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect (preferably Chartered) with design capability and technical detailing skills.
• Experience in leading design teams and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in REVIT/BIM with knowledge of AutoCAD, Twinmotion, Adobe Design Suite and NBS specifications.

Responsibilities

• Leading on substantial and complex projects, coordinating teams for timely delivery.
• Producing co-ordinated design information including concept and detailed drawings.
• Evaluating environmental, legal and regulatory issues and contributing to bids and planning applications.
• Managing contracts including JCT and NEC and overseeing project commercial performance.
• Preparing plans and resource schedules to match workload forecasts.
