Current Autodesk Revit knowledge is essential, alongside robust detailing and leadership experience. The position offers a permanent, full-time contract and a collaborative, London-based studio environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering late RIBA stages 4–6.
• Lead teams and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Strong BIM skills with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC/LABC guidance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical delivery across residential and mixed use projects at later RIBA stages.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal colleagues.
• Produce coordinated technical and construction information for project delivery.
• Review consultant information and resolve design coordination issues.
• Support projects through RIBA Stages 4, 5 and 6 while maintaining technical standards.
• Develop robust construction details for medium and large-scale schemes.
