Job Title: Senior Architect / Associate / Director

Our client is establishing a reputation within the architectural, landscape, urban design, and interior design sectors throughout the region, winning some of the largest projects in the Middle East. Founded in 2012 by Partners with a long-standing record in well-respected UK and Middle Eastern firms, the company has grown into a forward-thinking firm that values trustworthy creatives and fosters a supportive working environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work on iconic international projects, with challenging clients and the potential for significant career advancement. AE Recruitment has successfully supported their Dubai studio expansion, now replicating in London, and seeks talented Architects, Senior Architects, and leadership roles to support this growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute successful design concepts.
• Maintain the integrity of the original design vision throughout all project stages.
• Lead and manage project phases ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture; RIBA qualification preferred.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• At least 10+ years of international project experience.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit is essential.
• Knowledge of all construction phases and project completion processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with Rhino and SketchUp.
• Understanding of UAE building regulations and standards.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
