Are you an ambitious Associate-level Architect ready for career advancement? A prestigious London studio seeks a talented and driven Senior Architect to join its growing team. This unique opportunity offers a fast track to an Associate Director role, including dedicated training and experience in business development and client acquisition.

This leading commercial architectural practice has a strong UK presence and an expanding international portfolio, particularly in the Middle East. Their expertise lies in large-scale, mixed-use, multi-purpose buildings, with a proven track record in the transport and residential sectors. They are actively growing into healthcare, hospitality, and workspace projects.

While the firm has a robust pipeline of overseas work, a key focus for this role will be to help build their London profile and portfolio.

About the Role:

This is a growth-oriented position where you will play a pivotal role in the studio's development. They are looking for an individual with exceptional technical architectural skills, capable of leading teams, running projects, and mentoring junior staff. A critical aspect of this role will be your willingness and aptitude to develop work-winning capabilities, including involvement in bids and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the strategic growth of our London studio and portfolio.
• Gain exposure to and progressively take responsibility for bids, client liaison, and business development activities.
• Collaborate effectively within our executive group (comprising Senior Architects and above) with a view to internal promotion.
• Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion.
• Dive into Revit models, ensuring quality, and providing technical guidance and inspections.
• Mentor and train junior architectural staff, fostering a culture of learning and development.

Skills:

• Currently operating at an Associate level (or equivalent Senior Architect ready for that step).
• Proven experience in leading teams and running complex architectural projects.
• Exceptional technical architectural skills with a high level of understanding.
• Proficiency in Revit, with the ability to interrogate models and guide others.
• A demonstrable interest or initial experience in bids, acquisitions, and client-facing activities.
• Ambitious, professional, and driven, with a clear desire to progress to an Associate Director level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in large-scale commercial, mixed-use, transport, or residential projects is highly advantageous.
